Receptionist
Job Description:
Arcvale is looking for an organized and motivated professional to provide polite and efficient front desk services to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a presence in the reception area to greet visitors or employees in a professional manner.
• Attend to questions and requests appropriately.
• Fielding telephone calls and determining caller’s needs to route to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by adhering to Facilities procedures, rules and regulations
• Coordinate food orders and vendors as needed
• Package handling, distribution, and filing
• Manage office supply vendors, locations and stocking levels
• Handle other duties as needed
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience related to reception, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and big picture thinking
• Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
